10'x10' Retail Vendor Application. (non-food)
Thousands of people attended this event over 15 hours of open show time! Over $50,000 went through the on site ATM machine. This does not account for credit card use and cash brought in to the show. Bottom line is it was a very productive event for all involved.

We offer 10'x10' space for $100.00 for the entire weekend. Electric is available for $25.00.
You must supply your own tent. Eight foot x 2.5 foot tables are available for $10.00 each. Bare table, no linen.
The prices below are for the entire weekend. Water is nearby. Wireless Internet is not available other than what is on your device. There is excellent cell phone coverage. No alcohol sales, pornography, allowed. You MUST supply your own tent(s). We supply the space. Vendor arm bands are limited to 2 per display unless approved by show management. If you need more than 2 in order to work your display just tell us and we will take care of you but more than two requires approval.
A 50% deposit is required within 14 business days of your booking. The remaining balance is due December 12, 2018. After this date all deposits are non-refundable.
Once you book you will get a confirmation email and an invoice emailed to you to pay by credit card or instructions on mailing a check.
Non Profit Rates are 50% less of the below advertised pricing.

Note: we do not require insurance from vendors but we will require that you sign our hold harmless agreement to attend as a vendor.
